This project was completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 included renovating 4,373 s.f. of an existing office building and adding a 9,800 s.f. tilt-wall service bay building. The office area remodels the space for Sign offices and fabrication, Signals offices, and the Backup Traffic Management Office. The new addition is a concrete tilt-wall structure containing restrooms, parts storage, and 4-20’x 80’ drive-through truck bays. Phase 2 extended the truck bays and added new administrative offices, locker rooms with showers, and a lobby.

In order to remain operational throughout construction, a temporary modular office was assembled on open land near the existing parking. This was removed after construction was complete. During Phase 1, the side wing of offices were to be renovated, the parking lot improved and a portion of the service bay expansion to be implemented.

Phase 1 was completed in 2017 and phase 2 was completed in 2020.
