Magee Architects designed an approximately 500,000 s.f. warehouse containing package and keg storage, drive-through truck loading, offices, and a sales department. The building was constructed to meet LEED Silver Certification. To help meet this goal, the roof contains an array of solar panels. The front offices contain 2 large meeting rooms with state of the art A/V and many custom features.

The project was completed in 2019.
