Paul has over 20 years of experience with commercial, residential, and municipal facilities, including public libraries, recreation centers, city halls, and fire stations. He has been involved in new projects, renovations, and adaptive re-use facilities with experience in feasibility and concept studies, needs assessments, program evaluation, design, site design, contract document production, project management, and construction review.

Paul’s designs incorporate low maintenance materials and passive energy saving technologies such as sun shading, and solar orientation to maximize natural light reception. His designs are also responsive to program and site requirements while cognizant of budget restrictions. He has met with clients and is adept to tailoring his designs to meet their individual needs while preserving the aesthetics of the overall project.
