The Graham Senior Center is situated on a hilly site containing many large, mature trees. The center is entered along a tall, central, corridor with clerestory windows. The corridor starts at the front offices and meeting rooms and ends at the large dining/multipurpose room that is serviced by a full commercial grade kitchen.

The exterior uses native stone and sloped metal roofs to relate to the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood. Covered porches and trellises protect patrons from the harsh Texas heat and reference traditional Texas farm buildings.
