Facing a major highway and sitting between city baseball fields and a future “Big Box” retail center, FieldhouseUSA makes a grand gesture to its location with a large entrance canopy. Because of the required size and budget, concrete tilt-wall and structural steel were used to create walls up to 39’ tall and long spans up to 113’. Some walls are free-standing to create shading for the windows as well as to meet the articulation ordinance of the City.

The City of Mansfield built the new facility for FieldhouseUSA to operate consisting of 8 basketball courts overlain by 12 volleyball courts. The courts are also used for soccer, flag football, and futsal. Each court has spectator seating. Large program spaces to the south and west provide space for future tenants related to the FieldhouseUSA activities such as performance training, a medical clinic, cheerleading, skills training, taekwondo, and tumble.

The building was completed in December, 2016.
